<br />
The other day, I did an interview for my masters program. I wanted to send her a thank you card for taking the time out of her day to help me out. I used scrabble tiles (Available at Michael's) to spell out "Thanks."<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsUkwNu9RFdv_iGq5bh4qo5GwAi_jC43lzqM8XN2qdQR-7bQzJMYyuc5gabGgOn9x4a881d227KSGm2tyAnpnDRkNR7bBs8wQhlF-GqPxFQAVjq5TCjErWiB8f9WU8oSMTv2WUlg2Q4Xs/s1600/IMG_1816.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsUkwNu9RFdv_iGq5bh4qo5GwAi_jC43lzqM8XN2qdQR-7bQzJMYyuc5gabGgOn9x4a881d227KSGm2tyAnpnDRkNR7bBs8wQhlF-GqPxFQAVjq5TCjErWiB8f9WU8oSMTv2WUlg2Q4Xs/s320/IMG_1816.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
I also had to make a Birthday card for my friend/colleague, Becky!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhyN_JxKDFhkFPpHdzkMVKru71Rvp8ji4pb7DDkW3XCsGFUphxB00DhraXLDF8wBfPq755sc1pAhNUOJ0kuhzQ9MIP6qdlZss65QCfi0oeiD4OwT4qkTq9KVQSUQuv2ygiD2O3_0Q_UM54/s1600/IMG_1817.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhyN_JxKDFhkFPpHdzkMVKru71Rvp8ji4pb7DDkW3XCsGFUphxB00DhraXLDF8wBfPq755sc1pAhNUOJ0kuhzQ9MIP6qdlZss65QCfi0oeiD4OwT4qkTq9KVQSUQuv2ygiD2O3_0Q_UM54/s320/IMG_1817.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>These were pretty simple cards to make. But I was running out of time and energy to finish them. They turned out pretty cute if I do say so myself.Nicolehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00973415284340765517noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7073674867196978183.post-17433043174358776422011-09-13T22:33:00.000-07:002011-09-13T22:33:20.209-07:00Jenna's Bachelorette Party<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The Bachelorette Weekend came and went very quickly. It was a fun and relaxing weekend for the bride-to-be! Here are a couple of pictures from the weekend that I wanted to share with you.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirqE_Y15YYjZok6Bp5zr0bBLUcFi8xBr_KLJWoNCeQ9NBNeMA3F4qCI5xyaEgFtSr22UQicINK9V_LvwcgdJbzhCjylXTlCAD6OiKoWkZ7qO_b4XnUg37pNxIHiN7AlyzXGS_igu1t-ps/s1600/IMG_1735.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirqE_Y15YYjZok6Bp5zr0bBLUcFi8xBr_KLJWoNCeQ9NBNeMA3F4qCI5xyaEgFtSr22UQicINK9V_LvwcgdJbzhCjylXTlCAD6OiKoWkZ7qO_b4XnUg37pNxIHiN7AlyzXGS_igu1t-ps/s320/IMG_1735.JPG" width="320" /></a></div> Tablescape: The purple "tablecloth" was actually just fabric from the craft store. All the apothocary jars were bought from TJ Maxx and Michael's. The I DO wooden letters were purchased from Michaels. I used Martha Stewart glue and glitter to decorate them. On top of the glitter, I used Mod Podge to keep the glitter from rubbing off.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6xI-g5IYmxyiP6Z_ka526Apr4eNFcl5SRVmouDvskO_GLqIZntNOx_fht05Np2NpoVyyYyoR8B9_pGTvo5gs38LpSjwIgK396xl-rhXaGaDQ0bPC4jMiv2V5Om4tnXVI8RmzL-f1pedM/s1600/IMG_1736.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6xI-g5IYmxyiP6Z_ka526Apr4eNFcl5SRVmouDvskO_GLqIZntNOx_fht05Np2NpoVyyYyoR8B9_pGTvo5gs38LpSjwIgK396xl-rhXaGaDQ0bPC4jMiv2V5Om4tnXVI8RmzL-f1pedM/s320/IMG_1736.JPG" width="320" /></a></div> The cupcakes were Jenna's favorite! Then used my cricut to put vinyl decals on the base. I put a ring (the bride got a diamond, the bridesmaids got a purple gem) and a monogram.<br />

I am going home for the weekend to throw my best friend her bridal shower and thought I better bring his gift and card home with me because I won't be able to see him on the actual day. Here is the simple, but very cute card I made.<br />

The winners of the games gets to choose a prize. One of the prizes is a gift card to Starbucks. I wanted to make a cute little container to put the gift card in, this is what I cam up with.<br />

As I was looking at them, I thought that it would be a cute idea for the bridal shower favor that I was in charge of. Once I got the magnets done, I knew that I was going to need a cute way to display all of them. As I was looking around on some blogs, I saw the idea of using chalkboard spray paint. I used three cookie sheets (from the Dollar Store) and spray painted them with 2 coats of the black chalkboard paint (from Michaels).</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXBAAcah-fVFqgLLwdrrdY7FN55-3VSQRwqCVEFVFLcLtxvUg-3mcySsu_QFwfLGAZkNcdZZZkETBZ7v9bul54G_E4QQeQj8lXJtlPTFZj1sPQjYTGl5gK95i5BjQcFATojpndzTa9fMM/s1600/Magnetic+Chalkboard+1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXBAAcah-fVFqgLLwdrrdY7FN55-3VSQRwqCVEFVFLcLtxvUg-3mcySsu_QFwfLGAZkNcdZZZkETBZ7v9bul54G_E4QQeQj8lXJtlPTFZj1sPQjYTGl5gK95i5BjQcFATojpndzTa9fMM/s320/Magnetic+Chalkboard+1.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">On this first one, I used Modge Podge to attach scrapbook paper to the bottom section of the cookie sheet. Then I attached "eggplant" ribbon. Oh and by the way, you can also get 100 pieces of chalk at the dollar tree. So, this was a super easy and cheap project.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirKeDbzjIBzOiFrC2uRxOpX-zESkiBLAOif7MTwtGJvu6hRwi_p-WKB7F8ZEsNnaraXIRqutEjnJixPyv2CM7bwttUl0lWJe9TaxFQI4A6HjR_ORYWpyRqroH2HAvSU2dt1uM3Sq12oac/s1600/Magnetic+Chalkboard+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirKeDbzjIBzOiFrC2uRxOpX-zESkiBLAOif7MTwtGJvu6hRwi_p-WKB7F8ZEsNnaraXIRqutEjnJixPyv2CM7bwttUl0lWJe9TaxFQI4A6HjR_ORYWpyRqroH2HAvSU2dt1uM3Sq12oac/s320/Magnetic+Chalkboard+2.JPG" width="320" /></a></div> On this second one, I kept it very simple by adding a piece of silver ribbon and then an embellishment from Michaels.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8pzX7xjGHaNwYOQhhh7hrI0fx0RKttpQtl8wS7b47UqWmMqt_sixZzZ40C5pRRjECakosNVHjGHroqyknLcBvB0eidvo4yFuuRkFH2S53pi463KxBc4KChf6QG1qhYXdfj7YXyliQ1ts/s1600/Magnetic+Chalkboard+3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8pzX7xjGHaNwYOQhhh7hrI0fx0RKttpQtl8wS7b47UqWmMqt_sixZzZ40C5pRRjECakosNVHjGHroqyknLcBvB0eidvo4yFuuRkFH2S53pi463KxBc4KChf6QG1qhYXdfj7YXyliQ1ts/s320/Magnetic+Chalkboard+3.JPG" width="240" /></a></div> On the third one, once again just keeping it simple, attached a ribbon on the left hand side.<br />

Her invitations were super cool, but when I got it I thought, "Wow, I could make this!" So, this October my best friend Jenna is getting married. I have been out working in my classroom and going to math training. Next week professional development classes start and then the kiddos will here! The other day when I was out at school, my friend Megan mentioned that her sister started a teaching blog that she was trying to get a bunch of people to join. She would love for us to put pictures of crafts and projects done in or for our classrooms, but we can also add other projects as well. So, if you get a chance go check it out (just click on the second blog button on the right side of the page).<br />

Her favorite bachelor is JP and he was pretty cute on their date in New York and then again when they were on their own private island! I stayed at her house about a month ago and she told me a funny story about her car looking like so many others! So, I decided to make her a decal that she could stick on the back window of her car. For as long as I have known Courtney, she has loved sunflowers. I made her two car decals because I wasn't sure which one she would like better. I also made her a cute sunflower card to send them in. I hope she likes them!!!<br />

The final product! I think they turned out SUPER cute and everyone in class loved them. The professor, Dr. Stout thought they were so creative and loved the thought that I put so much time and effort into creating something so cool for the whole class based on his theories. I got some major brownie points today! I am in the process of completing my Master's in Education program at Chico State. This summer we had to take two classes. One was Inquiry to Education and the other was School and Community Relationships. My professor in the School and Community class has experienced it all (well at least it seems that way)! He has a funny way of explaining his theories to us, which make them hard to forget. So, for the last day of class I decided to make little goodie bags for everyone (luckily there are only 12 people). Inside the bags I put two magnets. One with an alligator and the other with a goose crossing sign. Both of these have significant meaning to everyone in the class and I am hoping they will take them to their administrative offices so they will always have a constant reminder. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwizLDHRwn0whGkzPnjG4eldypZf4dwbUJ1obOCzZuByHuwW-XKrtxqqkvJL8Msi3Mgnp4bO8yBZG8qz82hnT7MkiB1AVr7Xqy6teX8TxTAjrwA16COlp7voXilG8rQBZHdI8GUz_AJHs/s1600/Alligator+Scrabble+Magnet.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwizLDHRwn0whGkzPnjG4eldypZf4dwbUJ1obOCzZuByHuwW-XKrtxqqkvJL8Msi3Mgnp4bO8yBZG8qz82hnT7MkiB1AVr7Xqy6teX8TxTAjrwA16COlp7voXilG8rQBZHdI8GUz_AJHs/s200/Alligator+Scrabble+Magnet.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The process: Michael's sells these wooden alphabet squares, or you can always use an old scrabble games. Then I just went online and googled the images that I was looking for. I printed them out, glued them to the wooden square, then used "Modge Podge" to secure them into place. I also bought the magnets at Michaels and just glued them onto the back. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9lB7uDUfK20UexsBua9FAXO5I7F_jM1taIfrZpgosapPgQg3iiyKozF0NqrDgJJof5pTnt8uCYAcEhDS4HqYvqqMtVaFZBVa-M5Uj36szuEi7WQeRYYj5s47nwEwMWD1Ylk8HS8V4R_U/s1600/Goose+Scrabble+Magnet.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9lB7uDUfK20UexsBua9FAXO5I7F_jM1taIfrZpgosapPgQg3iiyKozF0NqrDgJJof5pTnt8uCYAcEhDS4HqYvqqMtVaFZBVa-M5Uj36szuEi7WQeRYYj5s47nwEwMWD1Ylk8HS8V4R_U/s200/Goose+Scrabble+Magnet.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><u><br />
</u></div><br />
Also included in the goodie bag was a small notebook with the initials MBWA (because education is known for its use of acronyms). The MWBA stands for "Management By Walking Around." I thought this was a small enough notebook that people could carry around with them. But who wants to carry around an ugly old notebook, so I jazzed it up a bit with some cute scrapbooking! I used apple, star, and "I Love School" paper. I attached a ribbon to the left hand side of the notebook. Then using the "Makin' the Grade" Cricut cartridge cut out the initials.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTwgTPR1ynPy2-1zktNI-j9hzxSgHyFoMtjHAOpdK3ndQ9MBtAI8dSTccXiyoP76uJ0NwY8F5Qr1Jf7iRje8WjCHE1ycLN6VDyQXB-4xz8aV8QQfLXpdd8zUX_gqyhuar418qpSwNtAGY/s1600/Class+Notebooks.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTwgTPR1ynPy2-1zktNI-j9hzxSgHyFoMtjHAOpdK3ndQ9MBtAI8dSTccXiyoP76uJ0NwY8F5Qr1Jf7iRje8WjCHE1ycLN6VDyQXB-4xz8aV8QQfLXpdd8zUX_gqyhuar418qpSwNtAGY/s320/Class+Notebooks.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Last, but not least I decided to make a thank you card for my professor. He definitely made the afternoons this summer go by quickly. The main reason I decided to make him a card was to show him how much I appreciated him helping me with my resume. I am applying for a new position in the school district and thought I could use his expertise to help update my resume!<br />

I made this cute card to send to him. He and my grandma are going to my parent's house for a small birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to make it because classes for my masters program begin Wednesday. Even though I will not be able to see him on his special day, I know he will enjoy the card and enjoy being with my mom and dad!</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

I LOVE going to the ballpark! I have always loved it, but this time was different. We began the day by meeting up with the Anthony's in the parking lot. We had a full spread for our tailgate, it was awesome! As we walked over to AT&T Ballpark, the sun began to shine and life was good. To make the day even better....I caught a ball from Cody Ross! I was so excited! Anyway, I made this cute card to send to the Anthony's as a little thank you for going with us to the game. It was a very memorable birthday!<br />

So, I have been busy making a couple "Thank You" cards to send out! This first card I made, I used the "George and Basic Shapes" Cricut cartridge to cut out the flowers. Then, I just layered them and attached them with brads. I used the "Doodletype" Cricut cartridge to cut out the word "Thanks."</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGNdP1DESxHtBv8Nve9t35uHDU3Li6lete5xRKnpDauTDRp5UDMh8i5aUAxr0itamhw8mxHqeyfdXZCeZG4BaUhW2WRVWGA7eRJZQ8LatCDMKhq6BvmPBhVpUHxmyaBNd4ouywSfcSCis/s1600/Thank+You+Flower+Card.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGNdP1DESxHtBv8Nve9t35uHDU3Li6lete5xRKnpDauTDRp5UDMh8i5aUAxr0itamhw8mxHqeyfdXZCeZG4BaUhW2WRVWGA7eRJZQ8LatCDMKhq6BvmPBhVpUHxmyaBNd4ouywSfcSCis/s320/Thank+You+Flower+Card.JPG" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">"Thanks" ~ Flower Card</td></tr>
</tbody></table> This next card I just kept very simple. First, I glued down the print paper. Then, I chalked the edges of the card with "Olive." I used the "George and Basic Shapes" Cricut cartridge to cut out the word " Thanks." And last but not least, I tied the ribbon around the card.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">"Thanks" Card ~ Flowers (Simple)</td></tr>
</tbody></table><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div> I LOVE the way this last one turned out! I have the striped paper in the background and layered on top of that is the pink polk-a-dot paper. I used the "Jasmine" Cricut cartridge to cut out the words "Many Thanks." The pink glitter tule is tied in a knot in the top (super cute, but such a glitter mess everywhere afterwards). Finally, the cutest embellishments EVER on the bottom left side. They kind of have a cow/leopard print inside.<br />

They live, kind of out in the country, and have several wild animals that roam around their house. A while back, my Uncle Steve basically adopted a family of raccoons. They come to the house every night, looking for their "Midnight Snack." My aunt and uncle actually feed them and the raccoons take the food politely out of their hands. Their favorite snacks are of course any kind of junk food and they love "Cheese Balls!" </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I made a country music mix for my Aunt Debbie and thought I should send a card with the cd! So, I made this adorable raccoon card, using the "Create A Critter" Cricut cartridge!</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

They are moving to Chico towards the end of July, so the store was having some sales. I was lured in by the adorable birthday paper and ribbon! While I was there, I also bought a magazine that had some very cool ideas as far as cards go and boxes for them to placed in! Using my Martha Stewart Scoring Board, I was able to make the score marks in the correct places and it was super simple. I am not sure if I am going to give these as a gift, or just keep them myself! :)</div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Father's Day Card ~ Rosette</td></tr>
</tbody></table>Continuing along with the theme of doing something different than I usually do! I decided to decorate the picture frame mat. My family and I went to Shingletown (CA) for Memorial Day weekend and one of the adventures that we went on was a hike to Burney Falls. The waterfall was amazing! My mom had taken a really cute picture of all three kids (my sister, brother, and myself). I decided the picture was so great that would be a perfect Father's Day present (and it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg)! Using the "Going Places" Cricut cartridge I was able to create the little embellishment (in the lower left corner) that says "Happy Trails." My dad LOVED it!<br />

As her Maid of Honor, I am in charge of making her invitations for the shower. As I was browsing through some other scrapbook blogs, I saw an idea similar to this one and thought it would be perfect! I used the "Jasmine" Cricut cartridge to cut out the background shapes. I used the "Tie the Knot" Cricut cartridge to make the dress silhouette. Anyway, I am pretty excited about how it turned out! I hope all the guests will enjoy it.Nicolehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00973415284340765517noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7073674867196978183.post-75856006021100105112011-06-18T23:11:00.000-07:002011-06-29T17:50:16.149-07:00New House ~ Congratulations!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhijNh0Ohr9pJ7bm6KX-9zBbQH5tp19yWk3nj2BNbutU1tyu9u4544cUhc2ud2nCWh612GmBqxOiGycFB-gjp0VLwQIiG1aVUaTO2-zDwFE9ioSHqFE-M87Li-0kWPYYPO77ffUJhLgtDc/s1600/Congrats+on+your+new+house+.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhijNh0Ohr9pJ7bm6KX-9zBbQH5tp19yWk3nj2BNbutU1tyu9u4544cUhc2ud2nCWh612GmBqxOiGycFB-gjp0VLwQIiG1aVUaTO2-zDwFE9ioSHqFE-M87Li-0kWPYYPO77ffUJhLgtDc/s200/Congrats+on+your+new+house+.JPG" width="200" /></a></div>My friend, Amy, and her husband, Jim, just recently bought a new house! Using the "Going Places" Cricut cartridge, I was able to cut a cute key to attach to the top of the page. I don't remember which cartridge I used for the house, I believe it was a Cricut Lite one though! Anyway, I love how this card turned out. I love the colors, and how the key and word pops!Nicolehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00973415284340765517noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7073674867196978183.post-13484964178255192152011-06-18T22:20:00.000-07:002011-06-29T17:50:16.149-07:00Thank You ~ Apples<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8rVL6XxPbuAEW613mHjx00SVv5uxouf2QdoEdoMAiZdgRdj5cQ6GBHWTy1g8iPLwqHGHWLMwTSN_x7HH7Fc6jwe5o4ulbekv1uY5N6feaEKr-1Q2eVrDdRvEef_Wc8oHswZeT_ffOh2I/s1600/Apple+Thank+You+Cards.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8rVL6XxPbuAEW613mHjx00SVv5uxouf2QdoEdoMAiZdgRdj5cQ6GBHWTy1g8iPLwqHGHWLMwTSN_x7HH7Fc6jwe5o4ulbekv1uY5N6feaEKr-1Q2eVrDdRvEef_Wc8oHswZeT_ffOh2I/s200/Apple+Thank+You+Cards.JPG" width="200" /></a></div>This school year, I had two para-educators who came into my classroom to help with writing and language arts. They both did a fantastic job! I wanted to make them very special thank you cards, to show them how much I appreciated everything they did for me and for the students. For these cards, I used the "Preserves" Cricut Cartridge. I was able to cut all the different layers and glue them together. I added the "Thank You" label to each one, just by printing it off on my computer, cutting it down to the size I wanted, and chalking it with "Creamy Brown."Nicolehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00973415284340765517noreply@blogger.com1
